The mauve-colored, sun-spoiled lavender has a flowery, yet herbaceous scent and taste with a light citrus note. It is a completely new experience. This “real” lavender is the best suited for use in cuisine because of its fresh and elegant aroma.

Traditionally, sauces, fish soups and stews are seasoned with lavender; however, mixed with fleur de sel, it also gives lamb, rabbit and poultry an extraordinary note. It adds refinement to fish and vegetable dishes and harmonizes quite well with honey and goat cheese. But it also gives drinks, desserts and bakery products a very special aroma.
